Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through proactive lead generation activities.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and performance objectives.
  • Conduct needs analysis with potential clients to tailor sales presentations effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activity in CRM software.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing efforts.
  • Provide weekly sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and new product information.
  • Engage in continuous improvement through feedback and professional development activities.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to signed agreement.
  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries and qualify the potential of prospects effectively.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and support sales objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a focus on inside sales activities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and achieve sales targets consistently.
  • Experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, with a track record of reliability and success.
