Job Summary

Results-driven Inside Sales Representative responsible for generating qualified leads and driving pipeline growth across the Middle East through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and sales support.

YOUR TASK

Lead Generation

  • Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted email campaigns.
  • Build prospect lists and identify decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking.

Lead Qualification & Quota

  • Qualify leads using BANT criteria.
  • Achieve monthly SQL targets (25–40 leads).
  • Track conversions and optimize outreach channels.

Sales Support

  • Schedule meetings and support proposal follow-ups.
  • Monitor pipeline and highlight stalled opportunities.
  • Assist sales team with reporting and coordination.

CRM & Reporting

  • Ensure CRM accuracy and timely updates.
  • Manage structured follow-ups and activity reports.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • 4–5 years in inside sales / business development (Middle East preferred).
  • Experience in B2B technology or cybersecurity services is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, prospecting, and objection-handling skills.
  • Experience with cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales methodologies (BANT, MEDDIC).
  • Basic knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS).
