Inside Sales Engineer

GC International is seeking a qualified Inside Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and experience in technical sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to understand customer needs, and the capability to work closely with our engineering and commercial teams.

• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across assigned industries.

• Provide technical guidance to customers and recommend suitable engineering solutions based on their needs.

• Support proposal development, including technical quotations, estimates, and tender responses.

• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.

• Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to deliver accurate solutions and resolve customer issues.

• Maintain ongoing customer engagement through follow up, issue tracking, and proactive problem solving.

Required Qualification

• Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical or a related field).

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience, preferably in technical sales or industrial equipment sales.

• Strong understanding of engineering principles and ability to learn product specifications quickly.

• English language proficiency required.

• Tamil language proficiency preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.

• Proven experience in client management and solution selling.

• Ability to work both independently and within cross functional teams.

• Experience in selling valves, pumps, instrumentation, or mechanical and industrial equipment.

• Familiarity with GCC industrial sectors and customer environments.
