Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Assist in customer acquisition by conducting cold calls, identifying new prospects, and supporting lead-generation activities

🔹 Support the sales team in expanding the customer base and nurturing existing relationships

🔹 Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations and proposals

🔹 Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, and pipeline status

Qualifications:

🔹 Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Electronics preferred)

🔹 At least 1 year of experience in technical sales, inside sales, or customer support/service coordination

🔹 Strong verbal and written communication skills
