Job Description

The Inside Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in a company's sales operations by managing and optimizing interactions with existing and potential customers. Responsibilities

  • Manage and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the delivery of products on schedule.
  • Maintain and update customer records with current information and status updates.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and analyzing sales data for trends and insights.
  • Support the sales team by scheduling appointments and meetings with clients.
  • Monitor and track sales targets, ensuring all metrics are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Identify and communicate sales opportunities to the sales team for further action.
  • Participate in sales meetings and provide input on market trends and challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations at all times.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales coordinator or similar role required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, are necessary for success.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software experience is beneficial.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve organizational goals.
