Job Description

An Inside Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role within a sales team, acting as the first point of contact for potential clients and assisting the sales team in meeting their objectives. This position primarily involves managing customer inquiries, processing orders efficiently, and supporting overarching sales activities to ensure successful inside sales operations. They work in tandem with sales executives to track and implement strategies for acquiring clients and retaining existing ones. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to multitask are crucial for the dynamic tasks that an Inside Sales Coordinator handles daily. This role demands a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and target key opportunities and prospects.
  • Process customer orders and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain an organized database of accounts, customer information, and sales records.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to track and analyze performance metrics.
  • Assist in development and execution of sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Support the sales team with follow-up and coordination of sales activities and events.
  • Communicate regularly with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and continuity.
  • Monitor market trends and provide feedback to the sales management team for strategic planning.
  • Facilitate customer onboarding and ensure smooth transition and handover processes.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure resolution and retention.
  • Organize and handle product returns and refunds in compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an inside sales or customer service role.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related technology tools.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships and handle diverse customer needs.
  • A self-motivated individual with an ability to work independently or as part of a team.
