Job Description

The Inside Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in providing support to the sales team and ensuring efficient operations within the sales department. This position involves handling customer queries, managing information dissemination, and assisting in order processing. The Inside Sales Coordinator works closely with account managers to ensure customer satisfaction and streamline sales processes. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team in achieving targets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding product inquiries.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and agreements.
  • Manage the sales order process from receipt to delivery for assigned accounts.
  • Compile and analyze sales data to support the development of sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales orders and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with logistics and procurement to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Ensure all sales operations comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide feedback to the sales team on market trends and customer needs.
  • Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments.
  • Handle complaints and ensure any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in an inside sales or similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
