Job Description

As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing and coordinating sales activities. Your primary focus will be on enhancing customer satisfaction and boosting sales revenue through effective communication and organizational skills. You will manage the entire sales process from the initial query to order fulfillment, ensuring excellent customer service throughout. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in inside sales or sales coordination roles is required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for success.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite is mandatory.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
