Job Description

As an Inside IT Sales Account Manager, your primary role will be to drive sales growth through a strategic focus on customer relationships and effective account management. You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our customer base by operating as the lead point of contact for existing clients and identifying new business opportunities. Your role will involve understanding clients' IT needs and offering tailored solutions to meet their business objectives. You will work closely with the technical team to present products and services that maximize customer satisfaction and revenue potential. Your expertise in sales strategies, combined with strong communication skills, will be essential in fostering trust and credibility with prospective and existing clients.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing IT clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and cultivate potential clients actively.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, handling client communications and queries efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to align customer needs with our IT products and solutions.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction and opportunities for added value.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue and ensure client retention.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and business objectives as assigned by management.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our IT product offerings and industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to clients and potential clients.
  • Regularly update CRM systems with client information and sales activities to track progress.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the IT industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, solutions, and services tailored for various industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales engagement tools for tracking client interactions.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
