Oportunidad Freelance – Técnico de Soporte IT San Cristobal Isla

En Servicio Latam buscamos un Técnico de Soporte IT Freelance para brindar apoyo presencial y bajo demanda a nuestros clientes en San Cristobal Isla.

Responsabilidades

Soporte técnico presencial a usuarios (hardware, software y redes básicas).
Instalaciones, reemplazos y configuraciones de equipos.
Coordinación con soporte remoto para resolución de incidentes.
Documentación e informes de cada visita.
Ejecución de tareas L1, L2 y L3.

Requisitos

Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en soporte IT (nivel L1).
Conocimientos sólidos en hardware, software y redes básicas.
Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente.
Residencia en San Cristobal Isla y disponibilidad para visitas bajo demanda.

Condiciones

Freelance / bajo demanda.
USD 50 por visita (1 a 8 horas).
Pagos mensuales.
