Provide administration and configuration support for IT Service Desk tools and project portfolios.
Maintain optimal performance across applications and infrastructure, keeping support and project backlogs within defined SLAs.
Participate in weekly Technical Review Boards and proactively upskill others within IT and the wider organisation.
Strong experience supporting enterprise-scale virtual and physical infrastructure, including datacentre environments, storage platforms (NetApp ONTAP, StorageGRID, DDN), and hybrid cloud solutions.
Deep understanding of Microsoft and Linux OS technologies, including Active Directory (with Kerberos authentication), DNS, DHCP, and certificate infrastructure (PKI, auto-enrolment, certificate management).

Experienced in Windows and Linux server administration, including VM management, clustering, backup/restore, and disaster recovery.
Skilled in SQL Server setup, performance tuning, HA/DR, and use of SSIS/SSRS.
Familiar with command-line tools, infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and containerised environments such as Kubernetes.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with a proactive approach to improving system performance and stability.
Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset, able to support and mentor others effectively.
Investing in your career is paramount. We promote professional and personal development through a provision of learning opportunities and work with you to shape your career and realise your full potential.
As part of our high-performing, collaborative team, youll enjoy a competitive package, including a discretionary bonus scheme, private healthcare, pension plan, life assurance, TEDSgroup childcare benefits, a cycle-to-work scheme, tech scheme, and car scheme.
