Role Summary: Ensures the security, integrity, and availability of the registry’s network and infrastructure. Implements and monitors security protocols, protects against threats, and supports secure registrar access.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, and secure tunnels
Monitor network traffic and detect intrusions (IDS/IPS)
Enforce SSL/TLS policies and DNSSEC standards
Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
Manage access controls, MFA, and directory services
Respond to security incidents and conduct forensic analysis

Required Skills

Deep understanding of network protocols and architecture
Experience with SIEM tools and intrusion detection systems
SSL/TLS, DNSSEC, and DDoS mitigation expertise
Familiarity with LDAP/AD and IAM frameworks
Knowledge of compliance standards (ICANN, TDRA, ISO)
Incident response and threat containment experience
