• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure system functionality.
• Implement and manage cloud-based solutions and remote access technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Specialist or in a similar technical role.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and cybersecurity measures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Effective communication skills to articulate technical information to non-technical staff.
• Experience with virtualization solutions and cloud-based technologies preferred.
• A certification such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar is highly desirable.
