We're looking for an experienced and visionary **Information Technology Manager** to join our dynamic IT team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will drive technological innovation while ensuring the security, integrity, and optimal performance of our IT systems. Your strategic leadership, analytical mindset, and collaborative approach will be instrumental in aligning our technology initiatives with business objectives and delivering exceptional value to the organization.

• Oversee the security, integrity, and maintenance of all IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring robust procedures and best practices are consistently implemented and monitored
• Develop and execute comprehensive IT strategies that align with organizational goals, communicating objectives clearly across all levels and enabling informed strategic business decisions
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and licensing agreements; negotiate service and maintenance contracts while ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with industry standards
• Conduct thorough analysis of system performance and hardware/software functionality, providing data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency and deliver added business value
• Lead and mentor IT team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment that encourages professional development, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate extensively with business stakeholders to drive readiness initiatives, oversee system installations, and ensure user acceptance of deliverables and compliance with key performance indicators
• Ensure adherence to all relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, and company policies; plan and document due diligence activities for internal and external audits
• Identify and implement creative solutions to complex IT challenges, offering strategic advice and recommendations that optimize organizational efficiency
• Manage IT projects from conception through completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and stakeholder satisfaction
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders, demonstrating transparency and commitment to organizational excellence
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of progressive IT management experience with proven track record of success
• Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, network management, and system administration
• Demonstrated excellence in IT strategy development, implementation, and organizational alignment
• Exceptional leadership skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example work style and ability to inspire teams
• Advanced problem-solving capabilities with a creative mindset and ability to develop innovative solutions
• Proficiency in IT service management tools and platforms
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost optimization
• Comprehensive knowledge of IT security, compliance, risk management, and business continuity planning
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee licensing and upgrades
• Personal integrity, resilience, and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of excellence
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
• Experience with change management and organizational transformation initiatives
• ITIL certification or equivalent IT service management certification (preferred)
• Knowledge of UAE-specific IT compliance and regulatory requirements (preferred)
