The Information Technology Manager plays a pivotal role in an organization by leading the IT department in ensuring that the company's technology infrastructure is effectively and efficiently managed. Responsibilities

• Oversee the IT department operations and establish departmental goals aligned with company objectives.
• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's business goals.
• Manage the IT budget, including forecasting, planning, and monitoring expenditures.
• Ensure the security of the company’s IT network and protect against unauthorized access.
• Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing mentorship and professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems administration, and network security.
• Proven ability to manage, lead, and inspire a team of IT professionals.
