Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the security of networks and data through regular audits and updates.
  • Lead the evaluation and integration of new technology solutions and tools.
  • Coordinate with other departments to understand and resolve their technology-related needs.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to IT team members for professional growth.
  • Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels.
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and backup strategies.

  • Assess and mitigate risks associated with IT operations and infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT management role, managing teams.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructures, and best practices.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects from conception to completion.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Exceptional communication skills for interaction with various department heads.
  • Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or ITIL Foundational are highly desirable.
