Job Description

The Information Technology Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for spearheading IT strategy and ensuring the effective deployment of technology solutions to meet business needs. This role requires a strong leader capable of guiding and mentoring a team of IT professionals, while also collaborating with other departments to achieve company objectives. The IT Manager will oversee the development and execution of information technology operations, ensure system security and efficiency, and maintain the organization's technological roadmap. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of system integration, emerging technologies, and the capability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation and management of IT systems and infrastructure.

  • Coordinate and oversee the organization’s technology projects from inception to deployment.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in the technology domain.
  • Develop disaster recovery and contingency plans to minimize business disruptions.
  • Facilitate system integration efforts and manage vendor relationships effectively.
  • Report on IT project progress, effectiveness, and outcomes to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in IT management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing IT strategies successfully.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing IT teams and projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with a variety of operating systems and databases is essential.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
