Hiring globally and fully remote, we’re a team of 70, and we’re planning to grow to 100+ in the next ~12 months.


About The Role


Roamless's influencer marketing program has been built on strong creator relationships and a scrappy, hands-on approach, but we're at the point where we need someone to own it properly. We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to take the program end-to-end: from identifying the right creators across travel and lifestyle, to negotiating partnerships, managing relationships, and tracking what actually drives results.

This is a standalone role with real scope. You'll work closely with our affiliate team and have an intern to support the operational side, but this is not a coordinator role. We need someone who can build the function, make strategic calls on creator mix and budget, and bring structure to a program that's ready to scale.


What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end influencer marketing program at Roamless, from strategy through to execution.
  • Translate Roamless’ go to market strategy and product USPs into clear education strategy with influencers, ensuring each collaboration has a clear brief, with defined audience, message, business objective and measurement.
  • Identify and source high-quality travel and lifestyle creators across markets via organic discovery and tools.
  • Evaluate influencers for fit, reach, and ROI potential; decide who to collaborate with and for how long.
  • Brief creators, lead contract negotiations, and structure deals across different commission and payment models.
  • Build and manage ongoing relationships with creators, their talent managers, and agencies.
  • Run brand integrations and collaborations, tracking performance against agreed metrics (installs, reach, conversions).
  • Use data to guide messaging, budget and influencer collaborations. Measure performance, understand what is driving results and why it works and know what should be scaled, optimized or stopped.
  • Work closely with the affiliate marketing team to ensure partnerships are meaningful and aligned.
  • Mentor and work closely with the influencer marketing intern.


What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing or a closely related role.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with an ability to structure and close deals strategically.
  • Knowledge to turn influencer marketing from a series of one-off collaborations into a scalable, repeatable growth engine.
  • Bridge company strategy and on-the-ground influencers execution: know what message needs to reach the market, how to guide influencers to deliver it authentically in their own voice and measure success
  • A strong analytical mindset and a track record of measuring influencer performance, interpreting performance beyond vanity metrics, and turning learnings from underperforming campaigns into better decisions (test – measure - learn)
  • Experience managing contracts and payments across multiple geos/currencies.
  • Solid grasp of influencer ROI: how to evaluate creators, model returns, and judge collaboration value.
  • Familiarity with the creator landscape across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Familiarity with mobile attribution tools (AppsFlyer/Adjust etc.)
  • Startup or scale up experience prefered. Comfortable working as an individual contributor who can build a function from scratch with minimal team support.
  • Ability to use sourcing/discovery tools and manage a creator pipeline end-to-end.
  • Strong AI, automation and systems building skills.
  • Strong written English for clear, professional outreach, and spoken English for communication with colleagues.

  • Existing creator/agency relationships.

🌎 Location: Fully-remote

💻 Home office budget. $500 on equipment for home office setup (eg. a keyboard, a screen, etc). This is a one-off budget that doesn’t renew every year, but doesn’t expire.

🎓 Learning and development budget. Up to $1000 annually to be spent on books, online courses, conferences, etc.

🌐 $200 non-expiry yearly Flex credit for data, hotspot, and calls.
