Why does this role exist? This role exists to support the growth and execution of influencer marketing and partnership campaigns that drive brand awareness and community engagement. The Influencer Marketing Coordinator will be instrumental in managing relationships with creators and brand partners, ensuring campaigns run smoothly from start to finish. This position is critical for maintaining the brand’s authentic voice and expanding its reach within the health-conscious consumer market.
The Impact you’ll make
Influencer Coordination
Identify, engage, and build relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.
Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, from outreach and negotiation through execution and post-campaign follow-up.
Track campaign performance and maintain accurate reporting systems for influencer content and collaborations.
Partnership & Collaboration Support
Assist with outreach and negotiation for partnerships, giveaways, and co-branded content.
Maintain ongoing communication with brand partners to ensure alignment and successful execution.
Coordinate logistics, deadlines, and deliverables related to collaborations.
Project Management
Oversee marketing timelines to ensure campaigns stay on track and stakeholders are informed.
Maintain documentation and trackers for active projects, influencer deals, and campaign assets.
Follow up with internal teams to support marketing rollouts across content, product, social media, and email channels.
General Marketing Support
Contribute to content planning, brainstorming sessions, and marketing calendar upkeep.
Coordinate sample shipments, asset collection, and usage rights from collaborators.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
1 to 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, partnerships, or marketing coordination roles.
Prior experience working within DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) or CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) marketing.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
Experience collaborating with creators, agencies, or influencer platforms (e.g., Grin, AspireIQ).
Proficiency with organizational and reporting tools such as Google Sheets, Notion, and Airtable.

Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
Back-up computer and internet connection
