We’re building a team across 15 markets to own Dove’s social presence end to end: insight and ideation, platform-native creative, publishing, live ops, and community. From the first idea to the final reply, you’ll shape how Dove shows up every day and create work that influences culture.
You’ll move at newsroom speed with rigorous craft, launching ideas that travel, partnering with standout creators, and turning comments into conversations that become cultural moments. Youll be responsible for identifying, recruiting, briefing, and managing creators and influencers who authentically represent Doves values and resonate with its audiences. Youll develop and run Doves creator engagement programme, from ongoing relationship management and campaign activations to creative product mailers and community events. Working closely with the social, creative, strategy, and Dove brand teams, your ability to build genuine relationships with creators and manage a growing network with operational precision will be central to Doves social-first ambitions.
THE ROLE
Youll be the person who connects Dove with the creators who bring its brand to life in the most authentic, relatable way across social. This is a multi-faceted role that blends influencer strategy, relationship management, creative thinking, and project management. Youll develop and manage the creator community end to end, shaping how Dove partners with influencers and content creators to drive reach, engagement, and genuine advocacy.
Doves relationship with creators is different from most beauty brands. The people who represent Dove need to genuinely reflect the diversity, honesty, and purpose the brand stands for.
