About the Role

As Influencer Coordinator, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of influencer marketing campaigns across LINKVIVA’s projects.

This is a hands-on, detail-driven role where you will manage influencer relationships, coordinate deliverables, and ensure content aligns with campaign objectives and brand standards.

You will act as a key link between influencers, internal teams, and external partners — ensuring smooth execution and high-quality output across all collaborations.

What You’ll Do

• Support the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns
• Coordinate influencer outreach, shortlisting, contracting, and scheduling
• Manage day-to-day communication with influencers and talent agencies
• Track and manage deliverables, timelines, and usage rights
• Review influencer content to ensure brand alignment and quality standards
• Collaborate with social media and content teams to align campaign messaging
• Monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting and insights
• Support on-site coordination of influencer activity when required
• Maintain accurate records of content, contracts, and campaign outputs

About You

✔ 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent coordination, or social media

✔ Strong understanding of UAE and GCC influencer landscape

✔ Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple collaborations simultaneously

✔ A strong communicator with excellent relationship management skills

✔ Detail-oriented, ensuring deliverables and timelines are consistently met

✔ Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines

✔ Proactive and solutions-focused in managing challenges

What You Need to Apply

✅ 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or talent management

✅ Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems (macro, micro, niche)

✅ Experience managing campaign coordination and content deliverables

✅ Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)

✅ Based in the UAE or open to relocation
