Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, nursing, microbiology, or a related field is required.
• Certification in Infection Control (CIC) is highly preferred for this role.
• Minimum of five years of experience in infection control or related field.
• Strong knowledge of CDC guidelines, OSHA regulations, and other relevant standards.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret infection data and generate actionable insights.
