Responsibilities
The high-performing Global Business Solutions Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikToks advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, data analytics, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally.
Strategic Analysis & Market Intelligence
- Conduct market research and industry landscape analysis to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and vertical-specific insights across the METAP region
- Support the development of GTM strategies, regional playbooks, and go-to-market frameworks for priority verticals and product initiatives
- Analyze client portfolio composition, revenue mix, and account health metrics to inform strategic prioritization and resource allocation
- Build business cases and ROI models to evaluate new programs, product launches, or market expansion opportunities
- Monitor competitor activity and platform developments to provide forward-looking recommendations to leadership
Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
- Design and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to track regional performance, program health, and key business metrics
- Perform deep-dive quantitative analysis on campaign performance, client behavior, and sales funnel metrics to uncover actionable insights
- Clean, manipulate, and analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, Excel, or BI tools to answer complex business questions
- Translate data findings into clear narratives and visualizations for leadership reviews and business planning sessions
Program Management & Operations Support
- Support the execution of regional initiatives, vertical acceleration programs, and product adoption campaigns
- Track program KPIs, milestone progress, and cross-functional dependencies, identifying risks and recommending course corrections
- Build project trackers, workflow templates, and standardized reporting frameworks to improve operational efficiency
- Conduct post-mortem analysis on completed programs to document learnings and scale best practices
- Collaborate with Sales, Client Solutions, Product, and Marketing teams to align on regional priorities and execution plans
Stakeholder Enablement & Communication
- Prepare strategic presentations, business reviews, and executive summaries for leadership and cross-functional audiences
- Support the creation of enablement materials, training content, and knowledge-sharing resources for regional teams
- Assist in synthesizing feedback from field teams into actionable insights for product, policy, or process improvements
About The Onsite Intern Recruitment Day
We are hosting an exclusive onsite intern recruitment day at TikTok’s Dubai office on 30 January 2025. This full-day immersive experience will give selected candidates the opportunity to:
- Visit the TikTok Dubai office and experience our working environment
- Learn about TikTok LIVE’s business model and creator ecosystem
- Interact with LIVE teams and business leaders
- Participate in on-site interviews and assessments

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Penultimate or final year
- Candidates should have a passion and a strong enthusiasm for digital marketing, with a proactive learning mindset, excellent learning ability, logical thinking, innovative capabilities, and sharp market insight
- English must be used as a working language, with strong communication skills and good teamwork abilities, capable of influencing and motivating others
- Self-driven, resilient, curious about new things, and able to make judgments on complex matters
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong quantitative and analytical background, with coursework or experience in statistics, economics, business analytics, data science, or related fields
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Experience with SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools is a strong plus
- Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems, conduct hypothesis-driven analysis, and derive actionable recommendations from data
- Experience with strategy consulting, investment banking, business analytics, or tech company internships
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect quantitative insights to commercial outcomes
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear, compelling narratives
- Familiarity with digital advertising metrics (CPM, CPA, ROAS, LTV, etc.) or willingness to learn quickly
- Experience building dashboards, reports, or BI solutions in professional or academic settings
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and prioritizing based on impact and urgency
