Responsibilities
The high-performing Global Business Solutions Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikToks advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, data analytics, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally.
Client Support & Campaign Execution
- Support Client Solutions Managers in managing advertiser relationships and day-to-day campaign operations
- Assist with campaign setup validation in TikTok Ads Manager, including checking naming conventions, tracking implementation, placements, and optimization settings
- Monitor campaign delivery and pacing, flagging potential issues and supporting optimization recommendations
- Help conduct creative QA and compliance checks to ensure campaigns meet platform standards
- Participate in client calls and business reviews to learn consultative selling and strategic account management
Product Adoption & Measurement
- Support the implementation and troubleshooting of conversion tracking via Pixels, SDKs, and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs)
- Assist in building Test & Learn frameworks using TikToks measurement solutions to demonstrate campaign effectiveness
- Help prepare materials for product adoption workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams
- Stay current on TikTok product updates, ad formats, and best practices
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Compile and analyze campaign performance data, identifying trends, delivery issues, and optimization opportunities
- Support the creation of performance reports, account audits, and post-campaign analysis
- Assist in preparing insights and recommendations for client presentations
- Learn to translate platform data into actionable business insights using Excel, dashboards, and visualization tools
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with internal teams including Product, Measurement, Creative, and Operations to support client needs
- Participate in team planning sessions, knowledge-sharing forums, and program initiatives
- Contribute to the development of case studies, playbooks, and internal documentation
- Support regional programs and initiatives aligned with company and market priorities
About The Onsite Intern Recruitment Day
We are hosting an exclusive onsite intern recruitment day at TikTok’s Dubai office on 30 January 2025. This full-day immersive experience will give selected candidates the opportunity to:
- Visit the TikTok Dubai office and experience our working environment
- Learn about TikTok LIVE’s business model and creator ecosystem
- Interact with LIVE teams and business leaders
- Participate in on-site interviews and assessments
If you are interested in this opportunity, please ensure that you are able to attend the onsite recruitment day in Dubai on 30 January 2025. Top-performing interns during the internship will be considered for full-time return offers, subject to business needs and performance.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Penultimate year or final year
- Candidates should have a passion and strong enthusiasm for digital marketing, with a proactive learning mindset, excellent learning ability, logical thinking, innovative capabilities, and sharp market insight
- English must be used as a working language, with strong communication skills and good teamwork abilities, capable of influencing and motivating others
- Self-driven, resilient, curious about new things, and able to make judgments on complex matters
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms or relevant coursework in marketing, business, or data analytics
- Basic understanding of digital media KPIs such as CPM, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion metrics
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization
- Experience with internships or projects in digital marketing, e-commerce, or tech
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Interest in performance marketing, measurement, or app marketing
