What You´ll Do
Executes sales strategy in alignment with sustainability goals and develops action plans based on strategic priorities.
Coordinates execution of the customer roadmap and ensures timely closure of CRM projects (e.g., ACE). Actively manages the implementation of the regional pricing strategy.
Builds and maintains strong customer relationships within the assigned territory and integrates customer feedback (VOC) to refine sales approaches.
Drives implementation of key strategic initiatives within the sales area.
Delivers sales and distribution targets (KP OSG, PC%, and/or GP%) and monitors competitor activities, including pricing.
Leads, coaches, and mentors sales team members while ensuring continuous learning and development.
Ensures efficient geographical coverage and identifies cross-selling opportunities to maximize business potential (sales and profit).
Coordinates tasks across key interfaces and ensures completion of administrative responsibilities.
Collaborates with Marketing, CS, SC, and other functions to secure full internal support for the sales team; aligns with KAM team to prioritize customer needs.
Ensures compliant execution of sales processes and develops customer-centric initiatives to enhance loyalty and long-term partnerships.
Provides accurate sales forecasts and monitors key KPIs; leverages CRM tools, data analytics, and automation to enhance sales performance.
Manages relationships and plans with distribution partners and monitors their financial performance.
Directly manages and supervises distributor-related activities.
What makes you a good fit
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or a related field).
Proven ability to identify, develop, and convert business opportunities into sustainable sales revenue.
Strong capability to understand customer needs and build strategic, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders,
including senior executives, procurement, engineering, and plant leadership.
Demonstrated success in delivering complex technical solutions in clear, easy-to-understand, non-technical terms.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong ability to spot and pursue opportunities for business growth.
Solid understanding of adhesives technologies and chemistry within industrial markets.
Experience in commercial strategy, including pricing, contract negotiation, and CRM-based governance and reporting.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience within the relevant industry.
Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
