Your role

As an Industry Developer Engineer within Smart Infrastructure (SI B), you will develop both technical and commercial capabilities. This role blends engineering, solution development, and sales exposure, providing a strong foundation for a long-term career in technical sales, business development, or solution engineering.

You will:

• Support the development and promotion of Smart Infrastructure solutions for buildings and industrial customers
• Assist in identifying customer needs and translating them into technical and commercial solutions
• Collaborate with sales teams to prepare technical proposals, presentations, and solution concepts
• Support customer engagements, meetings, and demonstrations alongside experienced Sales Engineers
• Contribute to market analysis, opportunity identification, and solution positioning
• Work closely with internal teams (engineering, sales, digital solutions) to deliver customer-focused outcomes

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
