About the Role:

We are seeking a highly adaptable Sales Executive who can comfortably engage with a diverse customer base in Dubai. This role requires someone who can balance professionalism with approachability, connect with people from different walks of life, and build strong relationships that drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify, approach, and build relationships with potential customers across Dubai.

• Adapt communication style to connect effectively with both professional and casual clients.

• Present products and services with confidence and clarity.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining strong client satisfaction.

• Provide feedback and insights to help refine sales strategies.
  
  

Requirements:

• Prior sales experience in Dubai (retail, field, or direct sales).

• Strong local market knowledge and customer connections.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and adapt to different customer environments.

• A proactive, go-getter attitude with high motivation to earn through performance-based incentives.
