  • Track and minimize food waste to improve kitchen cost efficiency.
  • Stay updated with culinary trends to continually improve menu offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Indian and Chinese cuisine chef in reputable establishments.
  • Strong understanding of authentic Indian and Chinese cooking methods and spices.
  • A culinary arts degree or equivalent professional training in culinary skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with kitchen staff and customers.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a bustling kitchen.
  • Commitment to health and safety standards in culinary environments.
