Job Description

As an Inbound Supply Chain Manager at 24N25, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of products and materials from suppliers to the warehouse or production facilities.   • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to optimize storage and transportation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Regularly review and assess supplier performance to ensure reliability and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in supply chain operations.
  • Identify and implement technology solutions to enhance supply chain processes.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on supply chain health.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in supply chain or logistics management.
  • Proven track record in managing supplier relationships and contract negotiations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast and plan accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with teams and suppliers.
  • Experience with supply chain management software and ERP systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
