About the Role

We're looking for an Inbound Sales Specialist to manage incoming client queries, understand their needs, and guide them toward the right Naqsh solution — turning interest into confirmed business and generating qualified leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and Instagram DMs
• Understand client requirements and offer them the best options
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
• Ensure potential clients complete our evaluation form, and follow up to close
• Maintain accurate records of leads and conversations
• Attend client meetups and internal meetings when required
• Meet monthly sales/conversion targets

What We're Looking For

• Background in interiors, design, or a related field preferred
• 0–3 years of sales or client-facing experience
• Strong communication skills; English required, Arabic is a plus
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident closing deals
• Comfortable working hybrid, with flexibility to come in for meetings and client visits when needed
• Based in Dubai, or able to commute for in-person requirements
