What will I be doing?

As an In-Room Dining Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests in the privacy of their rooms, ensuring each interaction reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality. A In-Room-Dining Waiter/Waitress is performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Delivering friendly, professional, and timely in-room dining service to ensure an outstanding guest experience
• Handling guest requests and inquiries efficiently and with a service-oriented approach
• Demonstrating thorough knowledge of menus, beverages, and all in-room dining offerings
• Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in full compliance with licensing and legal regulations
• Ensuring all mise-en-place and floor stations are fully stocked, organized, and maintained to the highest standards
• Ensuring food and beverage orders are accurate, well-presented, and delivered promptly
• Reporting any operational or guest-related issues in accordance with established procedures
• Maintaining Hilton grooming standards, including uniform presentation, personal hygiene, and professional appearance
• Complying with all hotel policies, including health and safety, fire, and security regulations
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
