In Home Caregivers HHA PCA CNA

Senior Helpers of Waxhaw & Monroe maintains a commitment to excellence through selective hiring. We are seeking highly qualified caregivers—including HHAs, PCAs, and CNAs—to support seniors throughout Union, Cabarrus, Stanly, and Rowan counties.

Because we provide top-tier support to our clients, we utilize a rigorous hiring process to ensure we onboard only the most skilled, reliable, and compassionate professionals in the field. This role is designed for credentialed individuals who take pride in their expertise and are looking for a supportive environment that recognizes professional merit.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Participate in client preferred activities (e.g., gardening, games, crafts)
• Prepare meals and support light household tasks
• Monitor and document changes in clients’ physical or cognitive condition
• Maintain a safe, clean environment
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Follow individualized care plans and company policies
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience required
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Reliable transportation to client homes
• Must pass background and Drug screenings
