- Managing and coordinating the entire import/export process, from supplier selection and order placement to delivery and customer feedback.
- Developing and implementing strategies to optimize operations, minimize lead times, and reduce costs associated with international trade.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other service providers to secure the best terms and rates.
