Job Description
We’re seeking aSenior Managerto join our growing practice—someone with the drive towin new business, expand global client relationships, play a hands-on role in day-to-day client account management and delivery, and help shape the future of our firm. In this role, you will:
Lead business development initiatives—identifying and pursuing new opportunities, managing proposals, and securing mandates with both global and regional accounts.
Take an active role in client account management, working closely with key accounts on day-to-day delivery while driving overall relationship growth and retention.
Design strategic delivery models for new engagements, ensuring scalability, innovation, and long-term value.
Act as a brand ambassador, driving thought leadership through seminars, webinars, roundtables, and industry events.
Advise clients on complex regional immigration matters, including new entity setups, mergers & acquisitions, workforce planning, and organizational health checks.
Collaborate across disciplines, partnering with Immigration and Mobility experts to deliver integrated, innovative solutions.
Oversee key projects, ensuring smooth client transitions and successful onboarding of new engagements.
Develop and mentor junior professionals, fostering career growth and building future leadership within the team.

Requirements
We’re looking for a commercially minded leader who combines technical expertise with proven business development and account management success. Ideally, you will bring:
10+ years of experience in immigration, mobility, or a related field.
A proven track record in business development—from originating opportunities to winning new client mandates and managing accounts at a senior level.
Hands-on experience in client account management and day-to-day delivery, particularly on key or complex accounts.
Global and regional exposure, with Middle East experience strongly preferred; hands-on knowledge of immigration processes in at least one GCC country is advantageous.
Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
A strong industry network and the ability to influence stakeholders and create commercial opportunities.
Exceptional communication, relationship management, and analytical skills, paired with the mindset of a business owner.
