Immigration Sales Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Immigration Sales Consultant to guide clients through immigration and overseas career opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients seeking migration, work permits, study visas, or permanent residency services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from prospective clients regarding immigration and visa services.
• Explain immigration programs, eligibility criteria, and service packages to clients.
• Conduct consultations and assess client profiles for suitable immigration pathways.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the process.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
• Coordinate with documentation and processing teams for smooth case handling.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Stay updated with immigration rules, visa policies, and market trends.
• Provide professional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or immigration consultancy preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Knowledge of immigration procedures and overseas recruitment is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
