Currently, we are in search of a dynamic and passionate Early Years / Foundation Stage Teacher assistants to join our highly accomplished primary department.

The successful applicant will already be resident in Dubai. Only applicants already based in Dubai will be considered.

About The Role

The successful applicants will demonstrate high levels of motivation and have the ability to engage, support, lead and inspire children to raise standards along with delivering effective outcomes for all children. You will preferably have experience delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage or National Curriculum for England either in the UK or an international setting.

General Professional Responsibilities

• Working with teachers to establish an appropriate learning environment.
• Determine the need for, prepare and maintain equipment and resources required to meet the learning activities.
• Implement agreed teaching programmes, adjusting activities according to student responses and needs.
• Encourage children to engage in, and participate in learning activities led by the class teacher.
• Establish good relationships with students, acting as a role model and responding to the needs of each individual child.
• To actively promote childrens independence, self-esteem and social inclusion.
• Provide the teacher with clerical and admin support.
  
  

Education

Due to regulations, we can only employ individuals with a minimum of High School education in English and Mathematics or a degree.Application Process

The Application Process Is

• All applications must be submitted on the TES/Schrole Portal. Only applications submitted through the Portal will be considered.
• Only applications with relevant experience will be considered.
• Only applicants already residing in Dubai will be considered.
• Submit an up to date, full resume / CV.
• Submit a covering letter of no more than two A4 pages.
• Provide at least three referees’ names, telephone numbers (with international dialling codes), and email addresses. One must be a current employer.
• The closing date for all applications is Tuesday, 17th February 2026 at 10h00 UAE time.
• Applications will be assessed in order of receipt and interviews may occur at any stage after applications are received. We reserve the right to appoint before the closing date and therefore invite interested candidates to apply as soon as possible.
• Once initial interviews are concluded, arrangements will be made individually with those candidates who will proceed to the second round of interviews.
