The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and a deep understanding of visual storytelling, ensuring the final visuals align with the projects unique style and message. Responsibilities

- Color grading and retouching a curated selection of photographs to achieve a cohesive, expressive visual style

- Enhancing images while maintaining authenticity and the intended emotional tone

- Collaborating closely with the project director to interpret creative direction and feedback

- Preparing final images for both print (photo book) and digital exhibition formats

- Managing file organization and delivery within a tight timeline

Skills and Requirements

- Proven experience in photo coloring and retouching, preferably with artistic or documentary projects

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, with advanced knowledge of color correction and retouching techniques

- Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to work with experimental or narrative-driven imagery

- Excellent communication skills and responsiveness to creative feedback

- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results within a short timeframe
