How You’ll Contribute

As a Tax & Legal Services (TLS) Marketing Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  

  • Develop and lead the marketing strategy for PwC’s Tax & Legal Services (TLS) practice, aligning all marketing activities with the firm’s business priorities and growth goals.
  • Partner with TLS leadership and client teams to design and execute integrated campaigns that elevate PwC’s profile and differentiate its capabilities in the market.
  • Create and deliver end-to-end marketing initiatives across channels including thought leadership, events, digital, social media, and PR.
  • Drive the development and promotion of timely, insight-led thought leadership that reflects PwC’s point of view on evolving tax, legal, regulatory, and business issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders including partners, subject-matter experts, and industry teams to support business objectives.
  • Manage and activate go-to-market plans that highlight key offerings, emerging service areas, and regulatory developments.
  • Oversee event strategy and execution — from curated client roundtables to high-profile public forums — ensuring a seamless brand experience.
  • Collaborate with digital, design, content, and external communications teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive and impactful.
  • Monitor campaign performance and report on KPIs including pipeline contribution, client engagement, and brand visibility.
  • Stay informed on regional and global tax and legal trends to proactively identify marketing opportunities and timely topics.
What You’ll Bring

Ideal candidates will have the following attributes:

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Law, or a related field.
  • 6–8 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within professional services, consulting, or a legal/tax advisory environment.
  • Proven experience leading marketing campaigns aligned to business priorities.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical content into market-relevant messaging.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leadership.
  • Project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English, with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Desired

  • Familiarity with regional tax and legal landscape (e.g. ZATCA, VAT, ESG regulations, GloBE).
  • Experience working across the Middle East region.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, or other CRM/marketing platforms.
  • Arabic language skills.
