Job Description

We are looking for an IAM Specialist to support the implementation, configuration, and operation of enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions. The role focuses on identity lifecycle management, application onboarding, access governance, IAM integrations, and troubleshooting identity-related issues.

The successful candidate will work closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure and efficient identity management across enterprise environments.


Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, maintain, and support enterprise IAM platforms and identity management workflows.
  • Support identity lifecycle processes including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver activities.
  • Develop, customise, and maintain IAM connectors and integrations with enterprise applications.
  • Configure roles, permissions, access policies, approval workflows, and certification processes.
  • Support SSO, MFA, and access governance implementations.
  • Troubleshoot IAM workflows, integration issues, and access-related incidents.
  • Assist with user access reviews, compliance checks, and audit activities.
  • Maintain technical documentation including configurations, workflows, and operational procedures.
  • Support IAM platform enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.


Required Skills & Experience
  • 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management.
  • Experience working with enterprise IAM platforms such as SailPoint, IBM IAM, Imprivata IAM, or similar solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with IAM connector development, application integrations, and workflow configuration.
  • Strong understanding of identity governance, access management, and identity lifecycle processes.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and identity federation concepts.
  • Experience with IAM troubleshooting, access provisioning, and security controls.
  • Programming knowledge in Java, C++, or similar technologies.


Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs and IAM SDKs.
  • Exposure to cloud identity platforms and SaaS application integrations.
  • Familiarity with ITSM processes and incident management.
  • Experience supporting access certification and audit activities.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
