We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial, residential, and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting ability, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and service HVAC systems, including ductwork, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and exhaust systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in HVAC systems and controls.
• Repair or replace faulty parts and ensure system reliability.
• Ensure proper ventilation and indoor air quality in compliance with safety standards.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Maintain accurate service logs, maintenance reports, and inspection records.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other trades during project execution.
  
  

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigerants, and controls.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and willing to work on-site, including at heights.
  
  

🎯 Preferred Qualifications

• Civil Defense-approved HVAC Technician (preferred, not mandatory).
• Knowledge of integrated systems (BMS, fire & safety, ventilation).
• Valid safety training certifications (e.g., Electrical Safety, Work at Heights).
  
  

🕒 Working Conditions

• Site-based role across multiple project locations.
• May involve night shifts, emergency service calls, and weekend work.
• PPE and tools will be provided by the company.
