HVAC Technician (225-808)

As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems for residential and commercial properties.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform routine maintenance to extend the lifespan of HVAC equipment.
• Replace or repair defective components in heating and cooling systems.
• Test HVAC systems to ensure they meet established safety and environmental standards.
• Perform system checks to identify efficiency issues, proposing effective solutions.
• Provide detailed and accurate service reports for each job completed.
• Collaborate with project managers and construction teams during new installations.
• Advise customers on HVAC system upgrades and energy efficiency techniques.
• Maintain records of service calls, tools, and equipment inventories.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing concerns and explaining system operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience working with HVAC systems required.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems efficiently and effectively.
• Proficient with HVAC software applications and computerized tools.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects.
