Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and related components efficiently.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues within HVAC systems.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure HVAC systems operate optimally.
• Provide timely maintenance service calls as well as emergency repairs.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain system issues and solutions.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry standards and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines.
• Prepare accurate reports on service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Monitor and manage tools, equipment, and inventory responsibly.
• Train and mentor junior technicians and apprentices as required.
• Provide excellent customer service to build long-term client relationships.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent; HVAC certification is preferred.
• Minimum of three years experience working as an HVAC Technician.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and operation principles.
• Proficiency in using tools and equipment for HVAC installation and repair.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
• Solid communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in various settings.
