The HVAC Technician 04F25 is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires hands-on experience and a strong understanding of electrical services, refrigerants, and HVAC systems' operational protocols. The ideal candidate will possess a balance of technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer service orientation, ensuring effective service delivery while maintaining high safety standards. Responsibilities

• Install new HVAC systems, ensuring all components are correctly connected and operational.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to prevent malfunctions.
• Diagnose HVAC system issues accurately and implement timely repairs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for safety and efficiency during all operations.
• Inspect and troubleshoot system components including electrical and mechanical failures.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable HVAC solutions.

• Assist in training junior technicians to enhance team productivity and skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; further technical training is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician or similar role.
• Valid license or certification to practice as an HVAC technician.
• Demonstrated expertise in using HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment efficiently.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including mechanical and electrical aspects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
