Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HVAC technology or a related field preferred.
• A minimum of five years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.
• Previous supervisory experience in a technical or construction environment.
• In-depth knowledge of air conditioning, heating, ventilation systems, and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in system analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for team and client interactions.
• Certification or licensing in HVAC as per local regulations is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using HVAC diagnostic equipment and software applications.
