As an HVAC Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems and maintenance teams. You will ensure efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and cooling systems in various facilities. Your leadership will be vital in ensuring the compliance with safety standards and regulations, enhancing system performance, reducing downtime, and maintaining optimal environmental conditions. You will guide and mentor a team of technicians, ensuring they are well-trained and productive while providing exceptional service. Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of HVAC systems and equipment.
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion and efficiency.
• Supervise and provide leadership to HVAC technicians, enhancing team performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards at all times.
• Monitor system performance and initiate repairs or upgrades to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless HVAC operations across facilities.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce unplanned downtime.
• Prepare and manage budgets for maintenance operations and system upgrades.
• Provide technical support and expertise to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues.
• Evaluate staff performance and arrange ongoing training and development opportunities.
• Maintain effective records of all maintenance activities and service requests.
• Recommend and implement energy-saving initiatives to reduce operational costs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HVAC technician with supervisory or management exposure.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and repair techniques.
• Excellent leadership skills to manage and mentor a diverse team effectively.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve system malfunctions.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with teams and departments.
• Certification in HVAC or related field is required; additional certifications are a plus.
