Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce HVAC maintenance schedules and safety procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to ensure adherence to company and industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement effective HVAC solutions.
• Manage communication with clients regarding project updates and service recommendations.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of HVAC technicians and support staff.
• Supervise troubleshooting and repair efforts to promptly resolve client HVAC issues.
• Document all HVAC operations, maintenance activities, and service records for accurate tracking.
• Manage inventory and procurement of HVAC equipment, materials, and supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in budgeting and financial planning for HVAC projects and maintenance activities.
• Provide technical support and solutions to complex HVAC service requests.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HVAC systems with a focus on supervisory roles.
• Possession of relevant HVAC certifications, licenses, and vocational training programs.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and industry standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematic diagrams.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and developing technician teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex HVAC issues efficiently.
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members clearly.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate documentation and service records.
