HVAC Sales Engineer

Super Cool Air Conditioning Trading LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and a proven ability to turn client needs into successful solutions.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Generate new enquiries for HVAC systems through proactive outreach and client visits.

• Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable HVAC solutions.

• Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotations, and technical documentation.

• Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close profitable deals.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 2–3 years of HVAC sales experience in the UAE.

• Valid UAE driving license.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
