As an HVAC Sales Engineer, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base in the HVAC industry. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, along with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, delivering tailored HVAC solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your ability to interpret complex technical information and translate it into persuasive sales presentations will be critical. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth.
  • Conduct technical presentations to clients, showcasing HVAC solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design HVAC systems for clients.
  • Prepare and present detailed project proposals and quotations to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual benefits.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and new HVAC technologies for better service.
  • Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to adjust strategies.
  • Document all sales activities in CRM software for future references.
  • Participate in trade shows and conferences to represent the company.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC sales or related work.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, designs, and applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite mandatory.
  • Ability to travel frequently as required for client visits and meetings.
