HVAC Junior Technician 14A26

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic HVAC Junior Technician to join our team. In this role, you will work alongside experienced technicians to learn the intricacies of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will gain hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems for both residential and commercial clients. Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians in the installation of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Help in performing regular maintenance checks on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Support in diagnosing problems and repairing HVAC system components under supervision.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and report findings to senior technicians for further action.
• Ensure work is performed in compliance with all federal, state, and local codes and standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed on HVAC systems.
• Assist in ordering and maintaining parts and materials for HVAC system repairs and installations.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Contribute to a customer-focused environment by delivering excellent service and support.
• Participate in on-the-job training to learn best practices in HVAC installation and repair.
• Assist in cleanup of job sites post-maintenance and repair activities.
• Provide assistance in emergency repair services as needed and respond promptly to service calls.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a willingness to learn HVAC systems.
• Previous experience in HVAC or technical training in related fields is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills for diagnosing issues.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including extreme weather.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for field service work.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces as required.
• Basic understanding of hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in HVAC work.
