Drafting & Design

• Prepare detailed HVAC and plumbing shop drawings using AutoCAD.
• Draft ducting layouts, chilled water, drainage, water supply, and ventilation systems.
• Develop schematic, layout, and detailed drawings for construction.
• Interpret design drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
• Prepare sections, elevations, and coordination drawings.
  
  
  

• Coordinate HVAC and plumbing drawings with electrical, fire protection, and architectural disciplines.
• Support clash detection and design coordination activities.
• Assist engineers and project teams in resolving technical and site issues.
• Ensure constructability and installation feasibility.
  
  
  

• Prepare as-built drawings based on site conditions and redline markups.
• Maintain drawing registers and document control procedures.
• Update drawings based on revisions and client comments.
• Ensure timely submission of deliverables.
  
  
  

• Ensure compliance with UAE and international mechanical and plumbing codes.
• Follow company drafting standards and quality processes.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency across all project documentation.
  
  
  

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Technical certification in drafting or HVAC/Plumbing is preferred.
  
  
  

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in HVAC and plumbing drafting.
• Experience in GCC projects is highly preferred.
• Exposure to commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience working with MEP contractors or consultants.
  
  
  

• AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Revit (basic knowledge preferred)
• Understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Knowledge of UAE standards and regulations.
  
  
  

• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Team-oriented and proactive.
